I never got the hang of baby wearing, but I wish I did. Both of my kids were/have been in the 90% plus for height and weight since their first checkups. Lucky for me because I get to squeeze their cheeks and belly rolls, but boy can my arms get tired. Both my sister-in-laws are avid baby wearers. One recently had a second child and swears by her Hotslings. Of all that she has tried Baby Bjorn, Maya Wrap, etc., this is the best.
