Looks like Christophe Decarnin has designed a complete wardrobe for the stars whose only celebrity is fashion awareness (I’m not naming names). In only his second season there, Decarnin has brought the house to red carpet status. We didn’t like Audrey Tatou’s Balmain dress at Cannes but this collection has him trending up on our list. He goes from tattered t’s for photo ops while shopping on Robertson to red carpet gems for the real stars with an actual acting career. You think the jumpsuit is a bad idea? You just wait and see, you can bet your entire year’s shopping budget that you will be seeing it in your favorite gossip magazines (mine is US Weekly, it has the perfect words to pictures ratio). We love the balloon dress which is a variation on the tent dress (also amazing), they are flirtatiously short but with confident and dignified purpose rather than in a notice-the-tramp-that-I-am kind of way. Not exactly Academy Awards material but there are many random Billboard, People’s Choice, SAG, Tony, Teen, etc. award shows one must attend, there is even one called La Banda Elastica (Latin Alternative Music Awards, how’s that for random?).
