Viktor and Rolf and Yohji Yamamoto
By the looks of the early shows in Paris, inspiration comes from bad horror movies. It is quite disturbing. I was literally afraid to look at some of the images. The makeup for Yohji Yamamoto reminded me of the little girl in The Ring and the entire Undercover show was inspired by the Scarecrow character in Batman Begins. I really hope things brighten up later on in the week. I don’t have the stomach for this.
