When we put on our smudge-proof, waterproof makeup, our stay-put fake lash glue, our no-run shadow stick and long-lasting lip stains, we sure want them to do exactly what they claim – not move. Clé de Peau Beauté Eye and Lip Makeup Remover is gentle, yet super-tough on removing makeup that doesn’t budge. Even the most stubborn eyeliner and waterproof mascara have no chance against this remover – and you don’t even have to exert that much effort! It simply wipes off with a tender swab of a moistened cotton pad. I have used other removers that are just as effective, but this formulation is so very gentle and light (and not oily!) that I seriously doubted it would work at all, much less be effective removing heavy makeup in just one swipe. But I didn’t even have to rub; and God forbid that even one of my precious eyelashes gets dislodged in the process! This amazing product makes taking off makeup pleasant.
