Many lovely ladies attended Spike TV’s Scream Awards. I have flipped through plenty of photos of said ladies on the interwebs, but Tuesday night I was flipping through the guide on my television, and what did I spot? The actual Scream Awards. This is slightly embarrassing to admit, but I sat and watched some of them. It’s almost like stopping on the Disney channel only to realize thirty minutes later you just watched an entire episode of “Hannah Montana.” Yikes.
But this isn’t about award shows where the audience dresses up like zombies, etc. This is about fashion, and that, my friends, was the only thing good about the Scream Awards. Well, and the fact that Ryan Reynolds came on stage, but I digress, per usual. Anna Paquin attended the awards since she’s in a very scary and disgusting show that I watch every week. She wore Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2010 and aside from her messy hair, this look is perfect for this awards show.
Normally for a Spike TV event, women go all out in tight, tight, tight, so I am very glad Anna didn’t conform. But did we expect her to? Nah. This dress fits right in while still standing out above the crowd.
