Without a doubt, Chanel’s Peter Marino-renovated Soho store–due to open on September 10 (aka Fashion’s Night Out)–will be buzzing with activity. The reason? Not only is the coveted French label launching a slew of Soho-exclusive products in honor of the reopening, for FNO, it’s launching a limited edition series of nail lacquers that are universally flattering for all skin tones. “Les Khakis de Chanel” polishes masterminded by Chanel Beauté creative head Peter Philips includes: Khaki Brun, an earthy gray-brown; Khaki Rose, a muted, dusty terra-cotta and Khaki Vert, a mossy green (this year’s new Jade?). The colors will be sold separately and can be worn alone or combined for a truly urban chic camouflage effect.
